GENERAL PRACTITIONER
Associate Professor Antonio Di Dio joined Yarralumla Surgery in 2009 and was a principal for many years. He loves our local practice and community and works part time, mostly on Tuesday, after 30 years of full-time general practice.
Since 2022 he has been the agency head of the Professional Services Review, in the Commonwealth Government, and a has a lifelong passion for the health and wellbeing of doctors, serving currently on the Boards of the Drs4Drs and the Medical Benevolent Association. He was awarded the National Presidential Medal by the AMA for services to doctors and to refugees. In addition to GP, he is the school doctor for Canberra Grammar School, teaches medicine at ANU, is a Sydney University ambassador, and is the inaugural SES Champion for the Public Sector Neurodiversity Community of Practice.
He serves on many Boards and Committees because he’s really old and boring, and has lots of kids, because they are wonderful.
